Adoption Policies
In order to help ensure a happy and suitable home for our animals, we have implemented the following policy regarding adoptions. If you would like to adopt one of our animals and already have a veterinarian, you may list this veterinarian on the adoption application. Our staff will verify with the veterinarian that you have a good history of health care for your current or former pets. If you do not have a veterinarian, then you can pre-adopt the animal. You will then need to schedule a wellness appointment and give the appointment information to our staff. Once the appointment is confirmed, you may finalize your adoption and take home your new pet. All pets are required to have a wellness visit with a veterinarian.
